Delivery to Address and Pick Up Service:


a) After making a reservation on the site, you can call our customer service and specify your full address and use our address delivery service. You need to make a reservation at least 3 hours in advance to provide you with a better service.


b) At the end of the rental period, we can collect your vehicle from the address you received or from the rental office.


c) The above-mentioned service is provided between 10:00 - 16:00.


d) In our pick-up services, in case of damage, our damage support teams must be able to determine the damage in accordance with the procedure and the vehicle must be delivered to our office in order to protect your rights law.


Different Office Delivery Service in the Same City:


GTR365 offers our valued customers vehicle delivery services to different offices in the same city, and you can call our customer service 2 hours before vehicle delivery and deliver the vehicle to another office free of charge within the information.

Exemption Insurance: You can purchase exemption insurance in order to protect the exemption fee in case of accidents and damages that you may encounter during rental. In cases where you have purchased exemption insurance, you will be protected from any liability if the requested documents are delivered in full. You can purchase exemption insurance online or from office staff during the rental.


LCF Insurance: It eliminates the financial liability that may be caused by glass, tire and headlight damage during rental. You can buy online and at the time of booking from our office staff.

As the GTR365 team, we will continue to support you at any time and in any situation with our 24/7 Call Center in case of accidents and damage that you may encounter.


During the Technical Failure of the Vehicle: Expenses for all transactions (sending technical team, towing services, etc.) will be covered by GTR365. If it is determined that the malfunction is caused by the technical characteristics of the vehicle, replacement vehicle support will be provided and the lost time will be added to the rental period. If the replacement vehicle support cannot be provided in the event of technical malfunctions outside the region, the travel expenses and accommodation costs of the renter will be paid by GTR365 with the submission of the invoice.


During User-Originated Technical Failure: In all transactions (sending technical team, tow truck services, etc.), costs will be allocated from the person who hires. You can contact our call center, which is available 24/7, to indicate user-related problems such as fuel shipment, tire change, spare key request, battery replacement.
